On this page, you can explore different argumentation frameworks. The argumentation framework can be imagined as a conversation between different perspectives or viewpoints. Each viewpoint is represented as an "argument". The arrows represent how the arguments attack each other. Some arguments may support others, but they can also attack or contradict each other. By understanding which arguments support or counter each other, we can determine which viewpoints are the most robust or defensible in the conversation.

Instructions:

  1. Click one of the three frameworks
  2. Evaluate each argument in relation to the other arguments
  3. Make a decision to either accept, reject or stay undecided on each argument
  4. Click conclusions buttons and compare your answers to the formal conclusions of that framework
